Short version: Opti-Algo (ABX Group LLC) collects publicly-available business information for outreach, stores it on locked-down infrastructure, and never sells it. You can ask us to delete your record at any time by emailing privacy@opti-algo.net — we'll do it within 7 business days.

Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how ABX Group LLC ("Opti-Algo," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company, collects and uses information through the website at opti-algo.net and through related outbound communications (email, phone, SMS).

What we collect

We collect information about local service businesses from publicly available sources (Google Maps, Yelp, public business directories, the business's own website). For each business we may store:

Business name, address, city, state, and ZIP
Public phone number(s) and email address(es) listed on the business's own website or directory
Public ratings, review counts, and Google Place IDs
The business's existing website URL (if any)
Our outreach status with the business (whether we've contacted them, when, and on which channel)
Whether the business has given us consent to call or text them ("phone consent")

We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal data. We do not run advertising trackers or session-replay tools on opti-algo.net.

Some pages also load fonts and icons from Google and Cloudflare and images from Unsplash; as part of serving those assets, those providers may receive your IP address. We do not use them for advertising or cross-site tracking.

How we use it

We use this information to:

Build personalized "spec site" previews demonstrating what a redesigned web presence could look like for the business.
Contact the business by email, voicemail, phone, or SMS to introduce our services — subject to the consent rules in the next section.
Track our outreach so we don't repeatedly contact a business that has asked to be removed.
Improve our own internal tools and the targeting of future outreach campaigns.

How we contact you (and consent)

Email: we may send commercial email to addresses we've collected from public sources. Every email we send includes (a) a working unsubscribe instruction, (b) our real postal address, and (c) a clear sender identity, in accordance with the federal CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.

Phone calls, voicemail, and SMS: we only call, leave voicemail for, or send SMS to a business after that business has given us prior express written consent — typically by submitting a form on a spec site we built for them, or by replying affirmatively to a prior email. Without consent we will not call or text. This is in accordance with the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) of 1991.

If you receive any communication from us and would like us to stop, reply with STOP (for SMS), UNSUBSCRIBE (for email), or email unsubscribe@opti-algo.net. We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days.

How we store and protect it

Outreach data is stored on infrastructure we directly control. Access to our internal dashboards is gated by Cloudflare Zero Trust (email-OTP authentication, US-only geographic restriction, allowlisted accounts only) and JWT-verified at the application layer. Static data files are stored on encrypted disks. We do not host our customer data with third-party CRMs that we do not directly administer.

No system is unbreakable. If we ever experience a data breach that affects you, we will notify you within the timelines required by the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) and any other applicable state law.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share data only with the following categories of service providers, and only to the extent required to deliver our services:

Email delivery (Google Workspace / SMTP) — for sending and receiving our commercial email
Voice + SMS providers (e.g., VAPI, Twilio) — only after consent, to deliver consented calls and texts
Site hosting (Cloudflare Pages) — to publish the marketing site and per-prospect spec sites
Tax and legal counsel — when required by law or in connection with an actual legal matter

Your rights

If you are a resident of Texas, California, or another US state that grants individual privacy rights, you have the right to:

Know what data we hold about you or your business — email us and we'll tell you
Correct inaccurate data
Delete data we hold about you, except where retention is required by law
Opt out of all future contact

To exercise any of these, email privacy@opti-algo.net. We'll respond within 45 days as required by applicable law (typically much faster).

Children's data

Opti-Algo's services are intended for business owners and operators. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we hold data about a minor, contact us and we'll delete it immediately.

Cookies and tracking

opti-algo.net uses a minimal set of cookies required for the site to function. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, cross-site tracking pixels, or session-replay tools. Cloudflare may set anonymous security cookies to mitigate abuse — these do not identify you personally.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective" date at the top. Material changes will be announced via a prominent notice on opti-algo.net for at least 14 days before they take effect.
