How we handle your data.

Effective: May 25, 2026 · Last updated: May 25, 2026
Short version: Opti-Algo (a brand of ABX Group LLC) collects the information you submit through our demo request form, plus publicly-available business information we use for outreach. We store it on locked-down infrastructure and never sell it. You can ask us to delete your record at any time by emailing hello@opti-algo.net — we'll do it within a reasonable period [retention/turnaround to confirm with counsel].

Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how ABX Group LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Opti-Algo ("Opti-Algo," "we," "us," or "our"), collects and uses information through the website at opti-algo.net and through related outbound communications (email, phone, SMS).

What we collect

We collect information about local service businesses from publicly available sources (Google Maps, Yelp, public business directories, the business's own website). For each business we may store:

When you submit the demo request form on opti-algo.net, we collect only the fields the form asks for:

Along with your submission, our form automatically records the page URL you submitted from. The form also includes a hidden "honeypot" field used only to detect automated spam bots; if a real person leaves it blank (as they should), it contains nothing. When you submit, your entry is transmitted to and stored by our Cloudflare Worker (opti-algo-lead-intake) and the associated Cloudflare database, and is subject to Cloudflare's data processing terms.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal data. We do not run advertising trackers, analytics tools, or session-replay tools on opti-algo.net.

The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts (via Google's CDN). As part of serving those font files, Google may receive your IP address. We do not use Google services for advertising or cross-site tracking.

How we use it

We use this information to:

  1. Build personalized "spec site" previews demonstrating what a redesigned web presence could look like for the business.
  2. Contact the business by email, voicemail, phone, or SMS to introduce our services — subject to the consent rules in the next section.
  3. Track our outreach so we don't repeatedly contact a business that has asked to be removed.
  4. Improve our own internal tools and the targeting of future outreach campaigns.

How we contact you (and consent)

Email: we may send commercial email to addresses we've collected from public sources. Every email we send includes (a) a working unsubscribe instruction, (b) our real postal address, and (c) a clear sender identity, in accordance with the federal CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.

Phone calls, voicemail, and SMS: we only call, leave voicemail for, or send SMS to a business after that business has given us prior express written consent — typically by submitting a form on a spec site we built for them, or by replying affirmatively to a prior email. Without consent we will not call or text. This is in accordance with the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) of 1991.

If you receive any communication from us and would like us to stop, reply with STOP (for SMS), reply UNSUBSCRIBE or use the unsubscribe instruction in the email, or email hello@opti-algo.net. We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days, as required by CAN-SPAM.

How we store and protect it

Form submissions are handled by a Cloudflare Worker (opti-algo-lead-intake.assistant-426.workers.dev) and stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, both operated under Cloudflare's data processing and security policies. The static website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare's infrastructure is subject to their privacy and security practices; see cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

The demo request form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving bot-detection service that runs in place of a traditional CAPTCHA. When you submit the form, Turnstile generates a one-time verification token that we pass to our Worker to confirm you are not a bot. See Cloudflare's Turnstile documentation for details.

Access to our internal dashboards is gated by Cloudflare Zero Trust authentication. We do not host your demo-request data with third-party CRMs that we do not directly administer.

No system is unbreakable. If we ever experience a data breach that affects you, we will notify you within the timelines required by the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) and any other applicable state law.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share data only with the following categories of service providers, and only to the extent required to deliver our services:

Your rights

If you are a resident of Texas, California, or another US state that grants individual privacy rights, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email hello@opti-algo.net. We'll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (for example, 45 days under several US state privacy laws), and typically much faster.

Children's data

Opti-Algo's services are intended for business owners and operators. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we hold data about a minor, contact us and we'll delete it immediately.

Cookies and tracking

opti-algo.net does not set its own first-party tracking or analytics cookies, and does not store personal data in your browser. As part of providing hosting and bot protection, Cloudflare (including the Turnstile widget) may set cookies that are strictly necessary for security and abuse mitigation — these are not used to identify you personally or to track you across sites. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, cross-site tracking pixels, or session-replay tools. [Whether a cookie/consent banner is required is flagged for attorney review.]

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective" date at the top. Material changes will be announced via a prominent notice on opti-algo.net for at least 14 days before they take effect.
